Delete your TAGALONG data

You can delete your TAGALONG account and data at any time.
Option 1: In the app
Sign in, open your profile, and tap Delete my account, then tap again to confirm. This cancels your upcoming rides and requests, deletes your profile and private details, and removes your sign-in.
Option 2: By email
Email with the subject "Delete my data" and the first name shown on your profile. We'll delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Remove TAGALONG from Facebook
On Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Find TAGALONG and remove it. This stops TAGALONG from receiving any more information from Facebook.
What we may keep
We may keep safety reports and the record of a ban as long as needed to keep people safe or to meet legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy.
